Newsom admits Democrats ran a coup to replace Biden
Democrats fancy themselves as the party that “defends democracy.”
Democrats tried to first impeach former President Donald Trump and send him to prison for supposedly trying to throw out the votes cast by Americans when he merely questioned the results of the 2020 election amidst significant allegations in numerous states.
California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom admitted that was all just a sham.
In an interview on Pod Save America, Newsom joked about how Democrat Party bosses like Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and former President Barack Obama canceled out the votes of 14,000,000 Democrats who turned out for the primaries to nominate Joe Biden.
The Pod Save America co-hosts – a collection of former Obama aides – were instrumental in forcing Joe Biden out of the race by running a social media campaign shredding Biden on a daily basis with negative stories and pushing poor poll numbers.
This was a natural setting for Newsom to let his guard down and speak the truth.
“How are you feeling about the switch?” Pod Save America co-host- and former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau wondered.
Newsom could barely contain his laughter as he tried to say with a straight face that Democrats ran an open process to crown Vice President Kamala Harris as the party nominee.
“We went through a very open process, a very inclusive process. It was bottom-up, I don’t know if you know that. That’s what I’ve been told to say!” Newsom said.
“It was a blitz primary, I believe is what they called it,” Favreau sarcastically responded.
Newsom claimed that Democrats ran a “30-minute convention.”

What the Democrats pulled off
Democrats switched their nominee after the Republican National Convention.
Polls show Kamala Harris isn’t well known.
But by pulling off the switcheroo after the convention, Democrats denied Republicans a four-day infomercial to define Kamala Harris on their terms.
And by swapping out their candidate now, Democrats prevented a lengthy primary process that would have exposed Kamala Harris’ flaws and forced her to act as the incumbent by defending the Biden-Harris regime’s record.
Instead, Democrats can now just have Kamala Harris campaign on “vibes.”
The last-minute switch also allowed the party to use their four-day convention to frame the election as a referendum on Donald Trump by trying to trick voters into thinking Trump is the candidate of the status quo.
