Stephanie Minter was stabbed to death at a Fairfax County bus stop last month by an illegal alien with 30 prior arrests that Democrat prosecutor Steve Descano kept releasing.
Now the same county is shielding a 19-year-old illegal alien who spent months groping high school girls in the hallways.
Fairfax County Democrats have a type – and it isn't keeping your daughters safe.
The Biden Import Who Preyed on Fairfax Schoolgirls
Israel Christopher Flores-Ortiz crossed the southern border from El Salvador in 2024.
Biden's administration released him into the United States.
He enrolled in 11th grade at Fairfax High School as a 19-year-old adult.
Then he spent months targeting girls in crowded hallways – sneaking up from behind and reaching between their legs.
"It was not just a butt smack or a butt grab," one mother told reporters. "It was a groping of a private area. It had been occurring for several months."
At least 12 girls were victimized before police arrested Flores-Ortiz on March 7.
He now faces nine counts of assault and battery.
ICE immediately issued a detainer – a formal request that Fairfax County hold him for deportation.
Democrat Sheriff Stacey Kincaid refused to honor it.
Governor Abigail Spanberger – who signed an executive directive in February rolling back cooperation between Virginia law enforcement and federal immigration authorities – is backing Kincaid up.
DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis put it plainly: "We are calling on Fairfax County sanctuary politicians to NOT release this predator from jail back into our communities to assault more teenage women. Unfortunately, Governor Spanberger ended cooperation with ICE and is siding with criminal illegal aliens over American citizens."
The Law That Put Him in the Classroom With Your Daughters
Stacy Langton has two daughters at Fairfax High School.
She's the activist who stood up at a school board meeting in 2021 to object to pornographic books in school libraries, an episode that helped propel Glenn Youngkin to the Virginia governor's mansion.

Now she's channeling that same outrage into something far more serious.
"This is a public safety issue," Langton said. "This is a problem for every single parent in the school whether you're a Democrat, whether you are an Independent or whether you are a Republican."
She's right that it's a public safety issue.
But the legal framework putting adult illegal alien men in classrooms with your teenage daughters was built entirely by the left – and dismantling it requires saying so.
A 1982 Supreme Court case called Plyler v. Doe requires states to enroll illegal alien children in public schools.
Virginia extends that mandate to age 22 under its "English Learner" policy.
That's how a 19-year-old man from El Salvador ends up in 11th grade with your daughter.
After the arrest, Principal Georgina Aye sent parents a letter describing months of sexual assault as students "touching students' buttocks while they were transitioning in the hallways."
Parents who sat through detailed accounts of what their daughters actually endured called the letter "completely sanitized."
Then they learned Fairfax County Public Schools planned to let Flores-Ortiz return to class after his release.
Fairfax's Pattern of Protecting Criminal Illegal Aliens
This is not an isolated incident. It's a documented system.
Between October 2022 and February 2025, Fairfax County released more than 1,000 deportable illegal aliens in defiance of over 1,150 ICE detainers – ranking it third nationally among sanctuary jurisdictions, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.
Last December, Fairfax released Marvin Fernando Morales-Ortez – an illegal alien from El Salvador with at least seven prior charges – rather than hand him to ICE.
One day later, he allegedly murdered a man in Reston, Virginia.

DHS responded: "There is blood on the hands of Fairfax County politicians."
Now House Republicans have summoned Kincaid and Soros-backed prosecutor Descano to testify before Congress at a hearing titled "Fairfax County Virginia – The Dangerous Consequences of Sanctuary City Policies."
The pattern is on trial.
Democrats Chose This
Here's what Fairfax County Democrats actually decided.
They decided a 1982 Supreme Court ruling written for children should be stretched to put a 19-year-old illegal alien in a hallway with your ninth-grade daughter.
They decided their sanctuary policies matter more than ICE detainers, more than 12 sexual assault victims, more than Stephanie Minter.
A judge – to her credit – denied Flores-Ortiz bail after reviewing surveillance video of the attacks.
He's still in custody.
But the Democrats running Fairfax County are counting the days until they can release him.
Plyler v. Doe wasn't written to put adult men from Central America in classrooms with teenage girls.
The people using it that way know exactly what they're doing.
