Trump spent $21 million on anti-trans ads in 2024 – and it delivered the White House.
Now Elon Musk just launched the same attack on four Senate Democrats who could hand Republicans total control of Congress.
And Elon Musk just dropped $120 million on the ad that crushed Kamala Harris.
The Playbook That Already Worked Once
Musk's America PAC dropped its first ads of the 2026 cycle targeting Democrat Senate candidates in Alaska, Iowa, Texas, and Ohio – and every single one hammers the transgender agenda.
The Ohio ad is surgical.
"Just two years ago, we fired Sherrod Brown because Brown put the trans agenda ahead of Ohio's values," the narrator says. "Brown voted to let biological men play women's sports. He supported legislation to allow biological men to enter women's locker rooms and bathrooms."
Brown is now trying to win his seat back after Ohio voters threw him out in 2024.

Musk's PAC is spending to make sure Ohioans remember exactly why they did it.
The Texas ad targeting Democrat James Talarico is even sharper – fifteen seconds of a biological male dunking on female basketball players, then the line: "Not fair. Not safe. Not Texas."
That's it. That's the whole ad.
Democrats have no answer for it because the footage is real.
Why This Issue Destroys Democrats Every Single Time
Gallup polling from 2025 found that 69% of Americans believe transgender athletes should only compete on teams that match their birth sex.
That's not a conservative number. That's a supermajority.
A March 2026 Center Square Voters' Voice Poll found 68% of registered voters – including independents – support the Supreme Court upholding state bans on transgender women in women's sports.
The conservative group American Principles Project called trans ads the decisive factor in Trump's 2024 victory.
"It swung the most voters over to him, the most swing voters," American Principles Project president Terry Schilling said. "They said their top issue was that Kamala cared more about transgender issues than people like them."

Those ads ran more than 30,000 times – especially during football games – and peeled away young men across every demographic.
Now he's backing up the truck.
Democrats Built This Trap Themselves
Brown is walking back into Ohio like he didn't get fired over this exact issue two years ago.
Musk's PAC isn't letting him forget it.
The $105,000 already deployed in Ohio is a warmup – the opening round of what FEC filings confirm is a total midterm budget of up to $120 million.
Nearly 90% of America PAC's first wave went to Senate races.
Texas alone received $247,595 – $123,000 supporting Republican Ken Paxton and another $123,000 opposing Talarico directly.
That's before the main event.
MAGA Inc. – President Trump's own super PAC – has already committed $10 million to Texas TV and digital ads supporting Paxton.
Democrats in these four states are getting hit from every direction at once, and it's only September.
How Musk and Johnson Are Coordinating the Kill Shot
Musk isn't just buying ads.
He met personally with Speaker Mike Johnson in Texas to coordinate strategy across battleground House districts.

America PAC's 2026 operation is built on door-knocking, digital advertising, and direct mail – the same ground game that delivered Pennsylvania and Michigan to Trump in 2024.
The entire conservative machine is converging on Dallas this week for the first-ever Republican midterm convention – Trump, JD Vance, administration officials, and GOP candidates all on one stage with 55 days until Election Day.
Democrats hold a 5.8-point generic ballot advantage right now.
Republicans held a similar disadvantage going into 2024.
They won anyway – because the trans issue hollowed out the Democrat coalition from the inside while Musk's ground game ran circles around them in every swing state that mattered.
It's the same trap.
The same bait.
And Senate Democrats in Ohio, Texas, Iowa, and Alaska are walking straight into it.
