Biden's DOJ Turned Federal Law Into a Weapon Against the Faithful
The Trump DOJ's Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias dropped its full report Thursday, and the findings go beyond anything even the most skeptical conservatives suspected.
Biden's Justice Department prosecuted peaceful pro-life Christians standing outside abortion clinics.
They used a KKK-era law – the Conspiracy Against Rights statute – to pile on extra charges and maximize prison time.
They sent FBI agents in early morning raids to the homes of grandmothers, an 89-year-old Holocaust survivor, and a father of eleven – holding them at gunpoint in front of their children.
Meanwhile, violent attackers who firebombed and vandalized pregnancy resource centers walked free.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche put it plainly in the report's preface: "No American should live in fear that the federal government will punish them for their faith. As our report lays out, the Biden Administration's actions devastated the lives of many Christian Americans."
That's the attorney general of the United States – confirming in an official federal report what Democrats spent four years calling a conspiracy theory.
The FBI Was Tracking Catholics Based on Which Pope They Preferred
The most chilling section of the report details what happened inside the FBI's Richmond, Virginia field office.
Agents there opened a domestic terrorism investigation into traditional Catholics.
Not based on criminal conduct.
Not based on credible tips.
Based on the Southern Poverty Law Center – an organization the DOJ just charged with fraud and manufacturing false hate designations for profit.
The Richmond field office used that discredited SPLC report to justify surveilling an entire religious community.
They flagged Catholics as potential violent extremists based on three things: which pope they followed, whether they attended the Traditional Latin Mass, and their personal views on abortion and marriage.

Let that register.
The FBI – the same agency that spent years telling you it has no interest in monitoring Americans' private beliefs – was literally cataloguing Catholics by their liturgical preferences and theological convictions.
This is the kind of thing that happened in East Germany.
It happened here.
Under Biden.
This Was Policy, Not a Few Rogue Agents
The report is careful to document that this wasn't the work of a handful of bad actors in one field office.
Biden's DOJ built the entire enforcement architecture around punishing religious dissent.
The FACE Act – designed to protect abortion clinic access – became a prosecutorial hammer against non-violent Christians standing silently on public sidewalks, while the same law sat dormant as actual violence hit pregnancy centers nationwide.
Biden's White House issued executive guidance that repeatedly put LGBTQ ideology and abortion access above First Amendment religious protections.
Christian federal employees, medical workers, military chaplains, and foster care agencies were forced to choose between their faith and their livelihood.
The task force report makes the pattern undeniable: the Biden administration tolerated religion as a private hobby and punished it the moment it touched public life.

Trump understood exactly what had happened.
He signed Executive Order 14202 on day one, establishing this task force and ordering a full accounting of what Biden's DOJ had done to American Christians.
In January, he pardoned more than 20 of the pro-life activists Biden's prosecutors had imprisoned.
Now the report is done, the evidence is catalogued, and the people responsible have names – and Blanche's task force isn't finished finding them.
For four years, Christians who believed what Americans have believed for 250 years were treated as the enemy within.
The federal government that was built on a foundation those Christians helped lay turned its surveillance apparatus against them for holding the very beliefs that foundation was built on.
That's not drift.
That's not bureaucratic overreach.
That's a deliberate choice – and now it's on the record.
