Trump walked into Walter Reed, sat down with his physician Dr. Sean Barbabella, and scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.
Not 28. Not 29. Perfect.
This is the same test Biden's team decided – in a private meeting in February 2024 – not to let him take.
A book from three mainstream journalists later confirmed it: aides skipped the cognitive evaluation specifically over optics concerns – because they were afraid of what the results would show.

Meanwhile, the special counsel investigating Biden's handling of classified documents had already described him as a man with a "poor memory."
While Biden's press secretary was telling reporters he "passes a cognitive test every day" – just by being Biden – Trump was actually taking one and publishing the results.
Four tests. Four perfect scores. 120 correct answers out of 120 questions asked.
The Number That Should Have Led Every Newscast
The cognitive score is the headline Democrats hate.
But the cardiac finding is the one that should have led every broadcast in America.
Dr. Barbabella's memo noted that an AI-enhanced electrocardiogram analysis estimated Trump's cardiac age to be approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age.
The president is 79.
His heart is performing like a 65-year-old's.
Coronary CT angiography showed no arterial obstruction.
The echocardiogram came back normal. Cardiac chambers and valves – all normal, with a preserved ejection fraction.

The full assessment from Barbabella was direct: Trump demonstrates "strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function" and is "fully fit to carry out all duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State."
That's the official White House physician – on the record, with test numbers behind every claim.
Compare that to Biden's doctor in early 2024 – who declared him fit for duty without a single cognitive test result to back it up.
No MoCA. No neurological screening. Nothing.
Just a statement Republicans immediately called what it was: a cover-up in a lab coat.
This Is What Transparency Actually Looks Like
The memo addressed Trump's cholesterol medications, the bruising on his hands from frequent handshaking – a known side effect of blood thinners – mild lower leg swelling from his previously diagnosed chronic venous insufficiency, and a recommendation to lose weight and increase physical activity.
Trump previously took 325 milligrams of aspirin daily – four times the standard low-dose amount – and openly defended it in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, saying he didn't want "thick blood pouring through my heart."
His doctor has now recommended switching to the lower dose.

The president prefers golf to treadmills.
Turns out that's working fine.
Ronny Jackson – the doctor who gave Trump his first perfect MoCA score back in 2018 and later became a congressman – spent years demanding Biden submit to the same test, leading a letter signed by 61 House Republicans calling on Biden to either take a cognitive evaluation or drop out of the race.
Biden refused.
Democrats wanted you to believe the man the special counsel called a person with a "poor memory" was cognitively fit – and the man who just scored 30 out of 30 was the one you should worry about.
The results are in.
The argument is over.
Any Democrat who tries to make age or fitness an issue in 2028 now has to explain why their last candidate hid from a cognitive test – while the Republican president has four perfect scores on public record.
