The forces are aligning against Donald Trump to keep him from returning to the White House.

He was hit with one of his most surprising challenges yet.

And Donald Trump was shocked by this awful reality his campaign is facing.

Donald Trump’s campaign was likely hacked by Iran

Former President Donald Trump is facing a vast array of forces that want to stop him from winning the election.

Now, it appears that Iran joins the media, Democrats, and the Deep State in working against him.

Politico reported that the Trump campaign had internal documents and communications hacked by “foreign sources hostile to the United States.”

A report from Microsoft warned that Iranian hackers were targeting the United States Presidential election.

The intelligence report said that Iranians “sent a spear-phishing email to a high-ranking official of a presidential campaign” in June.

The hackers sent the documents they stole from the Trump campaign to Politico from anonymous email addresses.

One of the documents was a vetting file on Trump’s running mate, U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), from February and research on U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), who was a finalist for the Vice Presidential nomination.

Intelligence also indicated that Iran wants to assassinate Trump and former officials in his administration.

Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung pointed to Iran as the culprit.

“The Iranians know that President Trump will stop their reign of terror just like he did in his first four years in the White House,” Cheung said.

The scary new reality for the Trump campaign after its hacking

Former State Department anti-terror official Morgan Wright told Fox & Friends that the hacking of the Trump campaign is “something we’re gonna live with now.”

Wright said that hacking was “definitely political” and “designed to damage” the Trump campaign after the material was turned over to Politico.

“The director of national intelligence, the DNI, and Microsoft put out reporting just a few days ago talking about how a senior official in a Presidential campaign was targeted through a spear-phishing attack,” Wright explained.

Spear phishing is a type of cyberattack that uses highly personalized messages that appear to be legitimate to trick someone into opening a malicious attachment or link.

“And that’s important because it means a particular person was identified, somebody who they think might have had a relationship or be amenable to opening a document, pasting maybe a PDF or a link,” Wright said. “And that’s how the initial compromise occurred.”

The new reality of the increasing online world is the potential threat of hacking, according to Wright.

“This is just something we’re gonna live with now,” Wright said. “For this election, and for all future elections.”

Politico, a Washington, D.C. insider outlet, has been hostile to Trump.

The outlet hasn’t said how they’ll handle the hacked material, but the Trump campaign can bank on the worst.

Journalists were salivating at the possibility of hacked documents being used against Trump after Hillary Clinton’s campaign had emails leaked in the 2016 Election.

The hacked materials from the Trump campaign could be another wildcard in the election.
