Unlike most pastors, the Reverend Franklin Graham does not shy away from stepping into the political arena.

Graham already said he believes the indictments handed down to Donald Trump were “politically motivated.”

But Donald Trump was furious when Franklin Graham said these six words about the 2020 election.

Joe Biden’s weaponization of the justice system against Donald Trump has so far resulted in the former President facing 91 charges from four different indictments.

This is the first a former President has been indicted by the opposition Party in American history and many worry that Biden’s weaponization of the justice system has set the country on a dangerous path towards becoming a banana republic.

One of those concerned Americans is the Reverend Franklin Graham.

Graham started sounding the alarm after Trump’s first indictment from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

“It’s a shameful day for America as former President Donald J. Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury,” Graham wrote on Facebook in March. “The Democrats have weaponized the legal system for their political gain while ignoring the current Administration’s faults and deficiencies.”

After Trump’s third indictment was handed down, Graham appeared for an interview with Newsmax’s Greta Van Susteron, where he called it “a sad day for America.”

But while Graham may be a staunch defender of Donald Trump when it comes to Joe Biden’s lawfare, there is one issue where he strongly disagrees with the former President.

In an interview for the Religion Media Centre, host Roger Bolton asked Graham if he believed Trump lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden.

“Of course he lost the election,” Graham replied. “There’s no question about that.”

However, Graham warned Americans that “we’re about to lose the country” because “we don’t have good leadership and that’s the problem.”

He added that millions of Americans believe they had excellent leadership under Donald Trump’s Presidency.

Even though he defended Trump against the “politically motivated” indictments, Graham has decided to stay out of the Republican Primary battle.

But the Reverend is expected to help rally evangelicals behind the eventual nominee to try and save America from Joe Biden.
