Donald Trump is facing a weaponized justice system.
Even the judges are partisan Democrats.
But now Donald Trump just revealed the one document his Democrat Judge does not want Americans to know about.
Democrat Judge Arthur Erongon is presiding over New York Attorney General Letitia James’ bogus civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump.
Of course, Judge Engoron is a partisan Democrat hack who ruled Trump was liable for fraud before the trial even started.
Judge Engoron has already fined Donald Trump $10,000 for violating an illegal and unconstitutional gag order he placed on him.
The gag order prevents Trump from publicly criticizing the court staff.
On Monday, Judge Engoron forced Trump to take the witness stand and testify in his trial.
During the trial, Trump pulled out a document and asked to read it on the witness stand.
However, Engoron rejected Trump’s request and refused to allow him to read his secret document.
“I am shocked,” Trump said when Judge Engoron denied his request.
Judge Engoron said he does not care what “Trump has to say.”
“We are not here to hear what he has to say,” Engoron said. “We are here to have him answer questions.”
“This is a very unfair trial,” Trump told the Judge. “Very, very and I hope the public is watching.”
But even though Judge Engoron refused to allow Trump to read his document on the witness stand, the former President shared it with his fans on Truth Social.
“This is the Paper that I wanted to submit that the Judge refused to take, because he doesn’t want anybody to know about the Disclaimer Clause at the beginning of each Financial Statement,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “This is just part of it!,” he continued. “That case is a disgrace to the Legal and Judicial System of New York.”
“Hopefully the Appellate Courts will stop this travesty of Justice that everybody is watching and fully understanding!” Trump concluded in the post.
The document was a clause that proves the Judge ruling Trump a fraud is nothing but pure partisan politics.
In another post on Truth Social, Trump blasted the Judge for accusing him of inflating his assets to get better loans from banks.
“I am worth Billions of Dollars more than what is on my financial Statements – they are very conservative (Therefore, NO FRAUD!) – and the CORRUPT & RACIST NEW YORK STATE A.G., Letitia Peekaboo James, working in close coordination with the TRUMP HATING, RADICAL LEFT JUDGE, and the Biden White House, refuses to drop the NO JURY ALLOWED CASE that was brought using a Statute never used for this before,” Trump wrote. “In fact, no such lawsuit has ever been brought by the Attorney General’s Office!” he continued. “It is a mockery of our Judicial and Legal System.”
“Something must be done to stop the Fascists. MAGA!” Trump concluded.
Trump is right.
The weaponization of the justice system must be stopped.
And one way to do it is by defeating Joe Biden in 2024.
