Donald Trump just drew a major line in the sand with the Republican Party establishment

Ever since he entered the political arena, Donald Trump hasn’t exactly been beloved by the establishment-wing of the Republican Party.

They certainly love to use him when it benefits them, but outside of that, they’d really prefer that he goes off-the-grid for the rest of his life.

And because of that sentiment, Trump just drew a major line in the sand with the GOP establishment.

Last week, during his keynote address at the Conservative Political Action Conference, Donald Trump called out by name the 17 Republicans he felt betrayed him in favor of the far-left and their allies in the Fake News Media.

In doing so, Trump announced that he was launching an effort to replace those politicians with true conservatives who had the courage to stand up to the Democrats and actually defeat the Biden agenda.

And now, he’s taken his fight against the GOP establishment one step further.

Recently, Trump’s lawyers sent cease and desist letters to the Republican National Committee, National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the National Republican Congressional Committee in an effort to stop the groups from raising money off of Trump’s name and likeness.

Apparently, despite many in the party’s establishment stabbing the former President in the back, they still need to use Trump to raise money for the exact same politicians who despise him.

So it only makes sense for Trump to want the GOP to stop using him to fool his supporters into donating to the establishment.

However, the RNC certainly didn’t see it that way.

On Monday, RNC chief counsel Justin Riemer responded to the letter by claiming that the committee had “every right to refer to public figures as it engages in core, First Amendment-protected political speech, and it will continue to do so in pursuit of these common goals.”

Of course, Donald Trump didn’t take too kindly to the RNC’s fiery response, and has now issued a statement of his own directly to his supporters.

“No more money for RINOs,” Trump said in his statement.

“They do nothing but hurt the Republican Party and our great voting base — they will never lead us to Greatness,” Trump insisted. “Send your donation to Save America PAC at DonaldJTrump.com.”

“We will bring it all back stronger than ever before!” he concluded.

In issuing that statement, Donald Trump has drawn a clear line in the sand with the establishment.

Trump has never been one to shy away from battling the establishment, but he’s now made clear that he is fully intent on transforming the GOP, and therefore America, for the better by taking the fight directly to them.

Over the upcoming election cycle and into the 2024 presidential election, there’s no doubt that Donald Trump will play a huge, pivotal role in who is elected to lead the GOP, and our nation.

Whether the establishment GOP, Democrats, or the Fake News Media likes it or not.
