Donald Trump had one wish for Kamala Harris that no one saw coming

The 2024 election is heading into the home stretch.

But this isn’t the race anyone imagined three months ago.

And Donald Trump had one wish for Kamala Harris that no one saw coming.

Donald Trump shows up Kamala Harris with McDonald’s campaign stop

Kamala Harris claimed without citing any evidence that she worked at McDonald’s in the summer of 1983.

McDonald’s has no record of employment.

No one Kamala worked with stepped forward to corroborate this claim.

Kamala’s baseless claim about working at McDonald’s was one of the primary impetuses for Donald Trump to show up at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania to work for a bit.

Trump manned the fryer and passed out orders to customers at the drive-through.

Later, Trump took questions from reporters at the drive-through window.

Trump’s shift at McDonald’s took place on Kamala Harris’ 60th birthday.

In his back and forth with reporters, Trump wished Kamala Harris happy birthday and even joked about getting her some flowers and a Happy Meal as a gift.

“I think I’ll get her some flowers, maybe I’ll get her some fries,” Trump snarked. “I’ll get her a McDonald’s hamburger. Happy birthday, Kamala!”

Trump also acknowledged the surreal nature of the event, which is why it drew such massive and favorable press coverage.

“That’s a strange place to do a news conference,” Trump continued.

Democrats rage

The reaction by Democrats and the media to this event told everyone everything they needed to know about how wildly successful Trump working at McDonald’s was.

In a sentence Newsweek actually published in a real article, the publication wrote, “However, rumors have been circulating on social media that Trump’s visit to McDonald’s was ‘staged.’”

This is one of the most absurd sentences ever written in a major media publication.

Of course, Trump going to McDonald’s was “staged.”

Absolutely zero people think McDonald’s hired Donald Trump as their new fry cook to work in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Democrats handled Trump working the line at McDonald’s even worse.

Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) ranted on MSNBC about how there was no “logic” to Trump’s McDonald’s event.

“There’s no logic to it, it’s a stunt. He has not put forth an economic agenda, and you know he appears to be not well and he is engaged in some really bizarre types of activities during this campaign. So this is just another one of those stunts,” Lee fumed.

Lee even attacked McDonald’s and its customers as low rent, saying it was beneath the office of the Presidency for Trump to hand out burgers and fries to ordinary Americans.

“We know who Donald Trump is, just look at him and what he’s doing. Is this presidential? Is this what the country needs in terms of the leader of the free world, and in terms of a person who is going to ensure our national security?” Lee concluded.
