Joe Biden let a Guatemalan child predator back into the country in 2022.
This was a man Trump had already deported once.
And Donald Trump just brought a list of child predators to North Carolina and dared Democrats to defend them.
The Men ICE Found Living in Your State
Nelson Alexander Chay, a registered sex offender from Guatemala, was convicted of sixteen counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor involving children and obscene material.
ICE agents arrested him under Trump's enforcement push.
Gustavo Cardenas Arreola, an illegal alien from Mexico with a final deportation order already on the books, was arrested in Graham with 10 convictions for second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Not only did he have ten convictions, but he also had a deportation order.

And he was still here.
Isidro Flores Rodriguez was a got-away – someone who slipped past the border entirely – later arrested in Oxford, North Carolina, with a prior felony conviction for child abuse inflicting serious injury.
Francis Martinez Alvarez was arrested in New Hanover County last month, convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon and illegal re-entry, previously arrested for first-degree kidnapping and discharging a weapon at an occupied property.
Alvarez was deported in June 2007.
He came back.
Trump deported him again last week.
What Democrats Were Doing While These Men Lived Next Door
On Biden's first day in office, he issued a directive that caused ICE to drop detainer requests on 26 people – including, through a chaotic misapplication of the policy, three men in Texas convicted of sex offenses against children.
The Biden administration released 5.6 million illegal immigrants into the United States over four years.
Another 1.9 million escaped as got-aways – people like Isidro Flores Rodriguez, who ended up in Oxford with a felony child abuse conviction on his record.
Biden's DHS released Lorenzo Lopez Alcario – a Guatemalan already deported during Trump's first term – back into the country in 2022 despite his criminal history.

Alcario was later charged with forcibly raping a child in the Boston area.
Democrats called this humane.
They called ICE the problem.
They want to go back to it.
This Is What 17 Months of Zero Releases Looks Like
Trump's administration has delivered 17 consecutive months of zero migrant releases from the southern border.
An estimated three million illegal aliens have self-deported from the United States.
White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis put it plainly: "President Trump stopped the invasion of our country and delivered Americans the most secure border in American history."
She also said the administration's policies have produced "the largest decrease in violent crimes in American history."
“Meanwhile, radical Democrats want to go back to their extreme open border policies, abolish ICE, cashless bail, abolish prisons and flood American communities with criminals,” she added.
ICE arrest data backs it up – nearly 400 people on DHS's "Worst of the Worst" list were arrested in North Carolina alone during Trump's first nine months back in office, roughly double the total for all of 2024.
Those aren't statistics.
Those are your neighbors who aren't in danger anymore.

Trump pointed to Democrat candidate Roy Cooper’s record as Governor.
“Cooper released over 3,500 convicted, highline criminals, including 86 convicted murderers,” the president said.
Democrats running in next month's midterms still want to abolish ICE.
They still support cashless bail.
They still want the open border back – the one that put Nelson Chay, Gustavo Arreola, and Isidro Rodriguez inside North Carolina communities.
On Monday, Trump made sure a packed arena in Greenville knew their names.
