Joy Behar told millions of Americans they're going to die if they use a Trump prescription drug program.
Dr. Oz just made her look like a fool.
And the one line Oz fired back at Behar proves she never cared about your medicine – only about hating Trump.
The Woman Who Turned Your Prescriptions Into a Political Statement
Behar didn't engage with the policy.
She didn't question the drug prices, the participating pharmacies, or the specific medications on the list.
She went straight to the name.
"Once Trump puts his name on prescriptions, we're all going to die, OK?" Behar said on The View this week.
She then rattled off Trump Shuttle, Trump Vodka, Trump University, and the casinos – a greatest hits of liberal talking points she's been recycling since 2016.
The problem is that Alyssa Farah Griffin – one of her own co-hosts – immediately destroyed the argument.
"The drugs don't actually have his name," Griffin said. "A medication I had to take for IVF is a tenth of the price on TrumpRx."
Griffin went further: "You're not gonna convince me that just because Trump's involved, we should be like, 'Screw it. Don't bring down prescription drug costs.'"
Behar's response to a co-host saving money on medication was to call her naive.
Dr. Oz Had Four Words for Her
Mehmet Oz – who runs the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services – didn't waste time with a lengthy rebuttal.
He went on X and delivered one sentence.
"Unfortunately, we still have no medications for Trump derangement syndrome on TrumpRx.gov, but we're working on it."
It landed because it was true.
Behar isn't warning Americans about a bad drug program.
She's warning them about a name.
That's not consumer advocacy.
That's Trump Derangement Syndrome in its purest form – the belief that anything bearing the name "Trump" must be opposed, regardless of whether it saves your family money on blood pressure medication or statins.

They passed the Inflation Reduction Act, held press conferences, and made promises.
Meanwhile, Americans kept rationing insulin and skipping doses because they couldn't afford the copays.
Trump came back, launched a price transparency platform backed by private sector partners, and got a co-host who needed IVF medication to say it cut her costs by 90 percent.
Behar's reaction was to tell that woman she was naive.
This is the Democrat Party in 2026 – so consumed with hatred for one man that they'll argue against cheaper prescriptions for your family if his name is anywhere near the program.
Oz was right.
The cure for that isn't on TrumpRx – but the program works just fine without it.
