Clay Travis Just Put $10 Million on the Table and the WNBA Went Silent

A Seattle Storm co-owner confronted two teenage girls at a WNBA game for holding a Sophie Cunningham sign.

Now the same league that harasses children for defending women's sports wants you to believe biology doesn't exist.

Clay Travis just put $10 million on the table to prove it does – and the WNBA has gone completely silent.

The Bet the WNBA Can Never Accept

OutKick founder Clay Travis announced Monday that he is upping his standing offer to $10 million for a game between the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces and a boys' high school state title team of his choosing.

Win, and the Aces pocket the cash – nearly a third of the franchise's estimated $33 million in annual revenue.

Lose, and the high school boys split $10 million among themselves.

The whole thing streams on pay-per-view, with all profits going to Tunnel to Towers – which provides mortgage-free homes to families of fallen soldiers, police officers, and first responders.

Travis called it "the most money ever paid to win a single basketball game."

This is the same challenge he made in 2023 for $1 million.

The Aces ignored it then.

They will ignore it now.

What the WNBA's Own Coaches Just Told You

Here is what makes Travis' challenge so devastating.

Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham said publicly what every sane person already knows.

"I want to protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn't have to go against biological men," Cunningham told ESPN.

The WNBA's response was a full-scale attack on one of their own players.

Fever head coach Stephanie White refused to acknowledge basic biology when asked about males competing in women's sports.

"I don't know that I would say I'm educated enough from a scientific standpoint," White said.

She is not uneducated.

She is a coward.

Minnesota Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve showed up to a game wearing a shirt that read "Trans Kids Belong" – a direct shot at her own league's player – and later declared the debate over transgender athletes in women's sports to be "a human rights issue."

Golden State Valkyries coach Natalie Nakase went further: "Sports is about belonging. It's about inclusivity. It's about allowing everyone to be their authentic self… that includes trans women."

So the coaches of the Women's National Basketball Association – the W in WNBA stands for Women – are publicly arguing that men belong in their league.

Clay Travis heard that and responded with the only logical question: then prove it.

This Is Not a New Argument

The Left has been making this argument for years, and biology keeps humiliating them.

In April 2017, the U.S. Women's National Team – the reigning World Cup champions – played a scrimmage against the FC Dallas under-15 boys academy squad.

They lost 5-2.

Not the U.S. men's national team.

Not an elite boys program.

Just a group of teenagers from a Dallas MLS academy.

Carli Lloyd later confirmed the result, describing the boys as "bigger, stronger, faster."

Travis is proposing 17 and 18-year-old boys – the most physically developed age group in high school – against the best women's basketball players in America.

X's AI, Grok, pegged the high school boys as heavy favorites when asked to assess the matchup – estimating the Aces' chances of winning at somewhere between 5 and 15 percent.

They Know the Answer

The WNBA will not respond to this challenge.

Not because they are busy, not because they find it beneath them, but because they already know the outcome.

Stephanie White – the coach who "isn't educated enough" on biology – grew up playing basketball with boys.

She knows exactly what the score would be.

Travis is not asking the WNBA to embarrass themselves on a basketball court.

He is asking them to choose between their political ideology and reality.

They have already chosen.

Ten million dollars says otherwise.

The Aces are silent because the money is real, the biology is real, and the answer is one they can never say out loud.
