American Factories Just Hit Their 20th Straight Month of Growth and Biden’s Economists Have Gone Silent

The media told you Trump's tariffs would destroy American manufacturing.

Now factories have expanded for six straight months and nobody on the Left will say a word about it.

Here's the number they're hoping you miss before the Fourth of July weekend.

Six Straight Months of Factory Expansion

American factories expanded for the sixth consecutive month in June.

The ISM Manufacturing PMI came in at 53.3.

Anything above 50 means growth – and the overall U.S. economy has now been in expansion for 20 consecutive months.

New orders hit 56, well above their historical average.

Order backlogs kept building.

Manufacturers are stockpiling raw materials at rates not seen in years.

S&P Global's competing survey confirmed the same story: 53.9, an 11th straight month of expansion.

The White House called it in April: "the largest reshoring wave in American history."

They weren't wrong.

What the Jobs Number Actually Means

The media will report 98,000 private-sector jobs added in June as disappointing.

They're wrong – and they know it.

ADP economist Nela Richardson said it plainly: employers aren't struggling to find demand for workers.

They're struggling to find workers.

Job openings hit their highest level in two years on Tuesday – 7.6 million positions sitting unfilled across America.

Trump's immigration enforcement collapsed net immigration dramatically from its Biden-era peak.

That fundamentally changed the math on what a healthy jobs number looks like.

The economy now needs far fewer new monthly jobs to keep unemployment stable, because far fewer new workers are entering the labor force each month.

98,000 jobs in that environment isn't weakness.

This is a tight labor market operating exactly as Trump designed it.

Small businesses – the backbone of American employment – led June hiring with 53,000 new workers among firms under 50 employees.

The Story the Left Can't Spin

Biden's economists spent years telling you that mass illegal immigration was an economic necessity.

They said deporting people would crash the job market.

They were wrong on both counts.

Unemployment is holding at 4.3%.

American wages for job-switchers are running at 6.6% – workers who change jobs are earning more, not less.

DHS put it best when asked about the labor market impact: "If there was any correlation between rampant illegal immigration and a good economy, Biden would have had a booming economy."

He didn't.

Trump does.

What Comes Next

The government's official employment report drops Thursday – one day early because of Independence Day.

Economists are projecting somewhere between 100,000 and 180,000 jobs.

Either number, under Trump's recalibrated labor market, represents genuine economic health.

Manufacturing inflation is finally cooling too.

The ISM prices index fell 9.1 percentage points in June – its biggest one-month drop since July 2022.

Falling energy prices from Middle East de-escalation are driving that number down.

That's the full picture Biden's media won't show you heading into the holiday weekend.

Six months of factory expansion.

Manufacturers stockpiling raw materials.

Prices are dropping.

Small businesses hiring.

Wages are rising.

The experts said Trump's America First economy couldn't work.

They were wrong about Biden's open border.

They're wrong about this too.
