Morgan Freeman is one of the greatest actors of all time.
The award-winning actor is not shy about sharing his views on current issues.
But all hell is breaking loose after Morgan Freeman referred to Black History Month and African American by this one word.
Hollywood star Morgan Freeman is well-known for his performances in several blockbuster movies, including The Shawshank Redemption, Seven, Driving Miss Daisy, and Million Dollar Baby.
But Morgan is also known for publicly sharing his views on the hot-button political issues of the day.
Of course, like most of Hollywood, Freeman is a radical leftist.
During the pandemic, Freeman pushed Fauci’s masks and vaccine mandates on the public and attacked “anyone who has some issues with the idea of being vaccinated against this scourge.”
However, there are a few issues where Freeman does not support the Left’s agenda.
“I’m not in the least bit for defunding the police,” Freeman told Black Enterprise Magazine during an interview in 2021.
And now Freeman is once again taking issue with the Left making everything about race.
During an interview with London’s The Sunday Times, Freeman expressed his strong dislike of the terms “African-American” and for “Black History Month.”
“Two things I can say publicly that I do not like,” Freeman said. “Black History Month is an insult,” he continued, before adding that “you’re going to relegate my history to a month?”
Freeman then ripped the term African-American as an “insult.”
“Also, ‘African-American’ is an insult,” Freeman said. “I don’t subscribe to that title,” he continued, adding that “black people have had different titles all the way back to the n-word and I do not know how these things get such a grip, but everyone uses ‘African-American’.”
“What does it really mean?” he asked, before explaining how “most black people in this part of the world are mongrels, and you say Africa as if it’s a country when it’s a continent, like Europe.”
This is not the first time where Freeman expressed his dislike of Black History Month.
Back in 2005, he told Mike Wallace in an interview with 60 Minutes that “I don’t want a Black History Month.”
“How are we going to get rid of racism?” Wallace asked in response.
“Stop talking about it,” Freeman replied.
Freeman is correct.
But the radical Left makes everything about race in order to try and divide Americans.
