Joe Biden’s weaponization of the justice system against Trump is backfiring on Democrats.
Multiple polls now show Trump leading Joe Biden in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup.
But now all hell is about to break loose over what Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State told NBC about removing Trump from the ballot.
Donald Trump is now facing four indictments from three Democrat prosecutors as part of Joe Biden’s weaponization of the Justice Department against his top political opponent.
But it’s not working out the way Joe Biden expected it to.
Instead of tarnishing Trump’s brand and damaging his reputation in the GOP, Biden’s lawfare has only solidified Trump as the leader of the Republican Party and the clear frontrunner for the nomination.
However, Joe Biden has a back-up plan in place if his weaponized prosecutors fail to get the job done.
Soros-backed big money groups are pressuring Democrat Secretaries of State to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution to remove Trump’s name from the ballot.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which was adopted after the Civil War, states that public officials are barred from holding office if they “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the United States.
Left-wing activists are pressuring Democrats to label the events of January 6 a rebellion and use it to disqualify Trump under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
RINO Asa Hutchinson even echoed this argument during the first Republican debate in Milwaukee.
But now Arizona Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes is laying the groundwork to disqualify Trump and remove him from the state ballot.
Arizona is a top presidential swing state.
“Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes said Tuesday that his office is figuring out how to handle potential complaints over whether former President Donald Trump should be disqualified from appearing on the 2024 ballot,” NBC reported. “Now, the people running state elections are trying to figure out what to do if people bring legal challenges against Trump.”
Fontes told NBC that “we have to have a final certification of eligible candidates [for the Primary ballot] by December 14 for Arizona’s Presidential preference election.”
“And because this will ultimately end up in court, we are taking this very seriously,” he added.
Fontes called it an issue “of incredible national interest” and claimed that “we aren’t taking a position one way or the other.”
However, said if Democrats are going to make this move, then they need to do it immediately.
“If there are people who want to fight this out, they need to start swinging, because I have an election to run,” Fontes added.
By now it’s clear that there is nothing Democrats will not do to keep Donald Trump out of the Oval Office.
After all, they’re even willing to take away the people’s right to vote for him on the ballot.
