Adam Kinzinger was one of two RINOs handpicked by Nancy Pelosi to serve on the January 6 Committee.
The tale Kinzinger helped weave about that day served the Democrat Party’s political ends.
But Adam Kinzinger’s brain melted after Tucker Carlson played this damning video.
Nancy Pelosi put together the January 6 Committee to damage Donald Trump’s 2024 Presidential campaign and to boost Democrat’s prospects in the 2022 election by amplifying the big lie that conservatives are domestic terrorists threatening to overturn American democracy.
Tucker Carlson obliterated that talking point by playing never-before-seen footage from the Capitol on January 6.
The January 6 Committee presented a carefully curated image of the events of that day, which made it seem like there was an hours-long assault on the Capitol by a violent mob that Trump whipped up into a frenzy.
While there was violence on that day, the footage Carlson played for his audience showed everything the committee left on the cutting room floor.

While calling those who committed violence “hooligans” Carlson said the complete archive of 41,000 hours of security camera footage painted a different picture.
“The footage does not show an insurrection or a riot in progress,” Carlson stated. “Taken as a whole, the video record does not support the claim that Jan. 6 was an insurrection. In fact, it demolishes that claim. And that’s exactly why the Democratic Party and its allies in the media prevented you from seeing it. By controlling the images you are allowed to view from Jan. 6, they controlled how the public understood that day. They could lie about what happened and you would never know the difference.”
Carlson described the vast majority of Trump supporters who entered the Capitol as “sightseers” who peacefully protested the election results.
“The overwhelming majority weren’t [violent],” Carlson continued. “They were peaceful. They were orderly and meek. These were not insurrectionists. They were sightseers. Footage from inside the Capitol overturns the story you’ve heard about Jan. 6. Protesters queue up a neat little lines. They give each other tours outside the speaker’s office. They take cheerful selfies and they smile. They’re not destroying Capitol. They obviously revere the Capitol. They’re there because they believe the election was stolen from them. They believe in the system.”
Carlson tearing down the Left’s narrative about January 6 infuriated Kinzinger – who to the surprise of no one signed as a CNN contributor after retiring from Congress out of fear he would lose re-election.
“It’s disgusting,” Kinzinger said of Carlson playing the January 6 footage. “The sad thing is you’re going to have people that have only gotten their news on Fox News that are never going to have the opportunity to hear the truth.”
Kinzinger falsely accused Carlson of cherry picking which January 6 footage he aired to his audience when in fact that was exactly what the committee did to smear Trump and his supporters as violent domestic extremists.
“What Tucker Carlson does — and he’s done this the entire time he’s been as a grifter TV show host because he knows better than this, by the way — he takes a cut scene and creates a straw man,” Kinzinger concluded.
