All hell is breaking loose.
One Democrat crossed a line that should never be crossed.
And a top Democrat’s on-camera admission of criminality could lead to these charges.
New Mexico Governor Lujan Grisham pulled the trigger on the move gun grabbers long hoped would come.
Grisham declared a so-called “public health” emergency and suspended the Second Amendment in the city of Albuquerque.
This is something many anti-gun apologists have been calling for ever since the COVID lockdowns, effectively arguing that invoking “public health” enables them to do anything they want.
Because of this action by New Mexico’s Governor, anyone open or conceal carrying a firearm faces civil fines and potential arrest by Grisham’s state police force.
Grisham claimed this is one step short of declaring full martial law in the state, and argued she was proud to do it because of a series of tragedies involving children.
When pressed on the point, however, Grisham admitted that she did not expect criminals to follow her tyrannical order.
Instead, Grisham revealed the true purpose is to disarm law abiding New Mexico residents by stripping away their Constitutional rights through an illegal executive decree.
Everyone should watch this because if you thought her order was idiotic, wait until you hear her try to explain it.

FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin – who testified about political bias against conservatives – posted on social media that Lujan Grisham can face criminal charges under the same statute Special Counsel Jack Smith used to indict Donald Trump – 18 USC 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights.

Smith twisted the law to claim that Trump’s efforts to contest the election deprived Americans of their right to vote.
Governor Grisham actually is depriving Americans of their God-given and constitutionally-guaranteed right to keep and bear arms.
Seraphin noted that under the precedent set by Smith and Fani Willis, anyone Grisham spoke to over the phone to formulate this illegal and unconstitutional plan could also face criminal charges.
But since Grisham is a Democrat, few Americans are holding their breath that the Biden (In)Justice Department will do anything but cheer her on.
