Rep. Summer Lee said the decision was "up to him" – then added he'd do it "at his own peril."
Rep. Madeleine Dean said her "concern is entirely about him and his health."

Rep. Brendan Boyle said he'd be "very surprised" if Fetterman ran in the Democrat primary.

Notice how Dean went straight to health concerns instead of policy.
That's the political knife dressed up as a wellness check.
When a party starts citing a colleague's health instead of disagreeing with his votes, they're not worried about the senator.
They're looking for the cleanest exit.
Fetterman committed three unforgivable sins in the eyes of the delegation.
He supported Israel when his party was abandoning it.
He backed Trump's border enforcement when his colleagues were working to obstruct it.
He refused to perform the theatrical outrage his party demands every time Trump makes a decision they don't like.

For that, he gets the silent treatment dressed up as concern.
The Real Reason They Want Him Gone
Here's what Boyle and Deluzio won't say in public: both are rumored to be eyeing the 2028 Senate seat themselves.
If Fetterman runs, their path disappears.
If he wins, they spend six more years watching a man in a hoodie hold the blue-collar credibility they'll never manufacture on their own.
Fetterman won his 2022 Senate race while still recovering from a stroke, carrying counties that had gone for Trump.
He didn't fake the working-class appeal – he built it by actually bucking his party instead of just talking about it.
That's the real problem for every Democrat who answered Punchbowl's question by not answering it.
The sudden concern about Fetterman's future isn't about protecting Pennsylvania Democrats.
