Kamala Harris was given a higher profile role than most Vice Presidents by Joe Biden.
One of her major duties was being put in charge of solving the border crisis.
Joe Biden promised freebies for illegals during his campaign and started taking apart President Trump’s successful border policies his first day in office.
Biden handed her the task of fixing the mess that their open borders disaster created.
Instead of visiting the border or making any attempt to secure it, she spent her time blaming Trump and searching for “root causes” of the problem.
Her “efforts” failed to stem the flow of illegals and the situation is now worse than ever.
Americans living on the frontlines in the border states are fed up with Biden’s border disaster.
Even Democrats on the border are angry and speaking out.
Henry Cuellar a Democratic House member representing a south Texas border district, called out Harris for her work – or lack thereof – on the border crisis.
He’s given up on working with her and is focusing his efforts on other members of the Biden regime.
He said, “I’ve moved on from the Vice President to say, ‘OK, let’s work with the ambassadors and let’s work with the State Department . . . Let’s work with the Homeland Secretary.”
“I think that’s the way to address it, but I know that the media has put a lot of focus on the Vice President, but with all due respect, she was given that title,” he continued.
He concluded with, “I don’t think she’s, with all due respect, put the effort in there . . . We’ve got to look at other folks that have the expertise on that.”
This blunt rejection of Kamala joins a growing list of south Texas Democrats who are fed with Biden’s border crisis.
The Democrat Mayor of the border town of Laredo blasted Biden’s open borders agenda.
He said the residents of his town would be begging for Trump’s border wall because of the current crisis.
With Democrats losing faith in her ability to solve the border crisis, this is another in a growing list of headaches for Kamala Harris.
