Donald Trump is facing a kangaroo court run by Democrats as he attempts to win back the White House.
Democrat prosecutors are indicting Trump on politically-motivated charges and counting on Democrat judges and juries to follow the script.
And a judge just gave the one scary order that will put Donald Trump in jail.
Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan just set the groundwork to confine Donald Trump to prison for the remainder of the Presidential campaign.
A seemingly unrelated ruling in the criminal case against top Democrat donor Sam Bankman-Fried handed Judge Chutkan the predicate to do Joe Biden an enormous favor.
Bankman-Fried – who donated $40 million dollars to Democrat candidates, groups, and causes in the 2022 cycle – faced campaign finance violations and fraud charges for the collapse of the SFX cryptocurrency exchange.
Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan revoked Bankman-Fried’s bail and ordered Bankman-Fried remanded to prison after two attempts at witness tampering.
“The witness tampering covered Bankman-Fried sharing documents used in a New York Times article reporting on Google Docs diary entries written by Caroline Ellison, the former co-CEO of Alameda Research and SBF’s ex, who has already pleaded guilty and is cooperating as a witness against him. The other incident covered Bankman-Fried’s attempts in January to contact FTX general counsel Ryne Miller over email and the encrypted messaging platform Signal,” the Verge reported.
At a hearing over special counsel Jack Smith’s scheme to muzzle Donald Trump with a gag order in the case over contesting the results of the 2020 election, Obama Judge Chutkan set the stage for a similar order claiming any comments by Trump construed as witness tampering would result in sanctions.
“I caution you and your client to take special care in your public statements about this case,” Chutkan stated. “I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.”
“Even arguably ambiguous statements from parties or their counsel, if they can be reasonably interpreted to intimidate witnesses or to prejudice potential jurors, can threaten the process,” Chutkan declared. “The more a party makes inflammatory statements about this case which could taint the jury pool . . . the greater the urgency will be that we proceed to trial quickly.”
Judge Chutkan made no allowance for the fact that Trump was a Presidential candidate and said he would be treated the same as anyone else – i.e. worse and more unfairly since he is a Republican and Smith and Chutkan are Democrats.
Mike Pence will be Jack Smith’s star witness at trial.
And Pence is already attacking Donald Trump over January 6.
“Over the last two and half years, President Trump has continued to tell the American people things that just aren’t so,” Pence said in an interview with POLITICO. “I had no right to overturn the election. I welcome the opportunity to set the record straight. And I’ll continue to.”
If Donald Trump responds in any way, Judge Chutkan can use the Bankman-Friend precedent to jail Trump until his trial date.
