The media keeps trying to ignore one of Joe Biden’s signature foreign policy failures – the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
But the parents of troops killed in action due to Joe Biden’s incompetence won’t let that happen.
And a Gold Star father said five devastating words that will finish Joe Biden.
Two years ago, Joe Biden bungled the withdrawal plan Donald Trump left behind to get out of Afghanistan.
Biden lied to the American people about the ability of the Afghan army to fight off a Taliban takeover.
And Biden pulled all the troops out of Afghanistan before evacuating all the American citizens.
When the Taliban reconquered Afghanistan in just two weeks, that left thousands of Americans trapped behind enemy lines and in fear for their life.
Biden then sent Marines back into Afghanistan to secure the airport in a frantic and ultimately failed bid to evacuate the remaining American citizens.
A suicide bomber attacked the airport and 13 service members were among those murdered.
One of them was Marine Corps Lance Corporal Jared Schmitz.
Joe Biden has never spoken the names of Lance Corporal Schmitz and his 12 comrades out loud in public.
Gold Star father Mark Schmitz testified at the House Foreign Affairs Committee roundtable on the Afghanistan withdrawal and offered up harsh words for Biden.
Saying, “we’re knee deep in bulls***,” Schmitz blasted Biden as a failed leader who should resign in disgrace due to his failure to properly plan out the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
“Two years has gone by and where are we? To be frank, we’re knee deep in bulls***, is where we are. Everyone who held a key position in the military still has that position or has been promoted, ” Schmitz began.
“Not a single person has been held accountable. Our so-called leader can’t seem to even utter their names in public, not even once,” Schmitz added. “Mr. Biden has run his entire campaign for 50 years as the family man. Well I’ve got news for you, sir. The curtain has been lifting and that campaign slogan will never work again. We have seen what’s going on in your family and even worse, we’ve seen how you’ve been treating us as Gold Star families. And there couldn’t be anything more disgusting and cowardly than the way you have treated us. You are a disgrace to this nation.”
“You, sir, stole their lives, their futures, their dreams and have ripped apart 13 families. You cannot even man up and admit that. You, sir, gave us all the title ‘Gold Star family.’ You, sir, discredit honor and integrity,” Schmitz continued declaring that there is “more American blood on your hands . . . than any other President in history.”
If Donald Trump were President there is no doubt Schmitz would appear on every Sunday show, 60 Minutes and have a standing invitation for interviews on every MSNBC and CNN program.
But the media doesn’t want the public to understand the depth of Joe Biden’s failure in Afghanistan because members of the press worry it will help Donald Trump win reelection.
