A Former Fox News Reporter Just Found the Biden China Documents the FBI Buried for Years

The FBI had Tony Bobulinski's evidence for four years and never followed up.

Now a veteran investigative journalist found the smoking gun.

And Joe Biden’s China documents were sitting in plain sight the entire time.

What Herridge Found in the Declassified Files

Catherine Herridge – who spent decades at Fox News and CBS before going independent – reviewed the intelligence documents Trump declassified following his July 16 primetime address.

Trump's address had already landed a bombshell: China acquired 220 million American voter files, paid U.S. reporters to spread anti-Trump propaganda, and intelligence officials deliberately kept the full scope of Beijing's operation from the President of the United States.

Herridge went further.

She found records inside those declassified documents specifically referencing Chinese blackmail efforts – records prepared for Joe Biden's presidential daily brief.

Her conclusion, stated on NewsNation's Katie Pavlich Tonight on July 25: "I can conclude, I think, that it was probably about targeting his family."

Think about what that means.

The U.S. intelligence community had evidence that China was running a blackmail operation against the President's own family – and put it in his daily briefing.

Biden saw it.

And then nothing happened.

The FBI Knew. The Media Knew. Nobody Cared.

This is not a new story.

Tony Bobulinski – a former Navy lieutenant and Hunter Biden's business partner – brought the FBI text messages, emails, and documents in October 2020 that tied Joe Biden directly to his family's Chinese business dealings.

The FBI interviewed him once.

Then they never called him back.

Senator Chuck Grassley later confirmed the bureau possessed "significant, impactful and voluminous evidence" of potential criminality inside the Biden family's foreign business arrangements – evidence drawn from Bobulinski's interview.

Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss – who was supposed to be investigating Hunter Biden – declined to pursue the most significant leads Bobulinski offered, a pattern Grassley's investigation later documented in detail.

House investigators separately uncovered photos showing Hunter Biden in meetings with Chinese principals, and Joe Biden present with Hunter's Chinese business associates during an official trip to Beijing.

The Chinese-backed investment firm BHR Partners registered shortly after that trip, with Hunter Biden as a stakeholder.

Joe Biden spent four years insisting he never discussed his son's business.

His own daily brief apparently said otherwise.

The Media Chose Not to Look

Herridge's sharpest observation wasn't about Biden – it was about her former colleagues.

"What we saw in the release of the records, which I'm afraid I think in the media or legacy media there was kind of a willful blindness," she said. "They didn't want to look at the records. All you had to do was spend a couple of hours."

A couple of hours.

The same newsrooms that spent four years demanding Trump's tax returns, running wall-to-wall coverage of January 6, and publishing anonymous-source stories about Russian collusion – they couldn't find two hours to read documents the White House posted publicly on the internet.

That's not incompetence.

That's a choice.

The same media apparatus that buried the Hunter Biden laptop story in October 2020 – calling it Russian disinformation, censoring the New York Post's reporting, pressuring social media platforms to suppress it – made the same choice again with these documents.

What This Actually Means

Beijing had leverage over the President of the United States, and everyone who was supposed to protect the American people either looked away or actively helped.

The FBI buried the Bobulinski evidence.

The intelligence community withheld the full scope of China's operation from Trump while he was president – then briefed Biden's team about a blackmail threat targeting his own family.

The media declined to read documents sitting on a White House website.

Trump got the documents out.

Herridge did what reporters used to do.

And now the people who buried this are going to have to answer for it – because the documents are public, the paper trail is documented, and the President has already told the DOJ to prosecute everyone involved.
