A Catholic Priest Told Sean Hannity What He Watched a Possessed Woman Do to a Large Man

The footage from The Exorcist terrified America in 1973.

Now an expert with two decades of real cases says Hollywood barely scratched the surface.

What a slight woman did to a large man across that room has no explanation science is willing to give you.

A Woman Who Should Not Have Been Able to Do That

Father Martins is not some fringe figure.

Pope Francis designated him a Missionary of Mercy and he has served as an exorcist across the globe for nearly two decades.

During that time he has encountered what he calls "multiple dozens" of genuinely possessed individuals.

And when he sat down with Sean Hannity on Hang Out with Sean Hannity, he described what he witnessed firsthand.

A woman – physically small – grabbed a large man and hurled him 15 feet across the room.

"He did a complete turn in the air and landed on his rear end," Martins said.

That same woman fixed her gaze on a light switch across the room, and a screw on the cover plate slowly turned itself loose, floated through the air, and landed in her open hand.

She then drove it into her own arm.

Martins also described a 14-year-old girl whose image simply would not appear in mirrors.

In photographs, every person in the group showed up.

She didn't.

He watched another man launch himself from a chair and begin hissing, his canine teeth seeming to grow to over an inch in length.

"I needed two surgeries to repair the damage," Martins said of a separate encounter in which a possessed woman struck his skull.

This Is Not New – and That's the Point

The Catholic Church has performed exorcisms for 2,000 years.

The signs have been documented repeatedly across that span – superhuman strength, knowledge of things the person could not know, fluency in languages never learned.

The 1949 Maryland case that inspired The Exorcist involved a 14-year-old boy whose behavior left priests and medical professionals unable to offer any natural explanation – more than 30 documented manifestations, including physical phenomena that defied every attempt at diagnosis.

The International Association of Exorcists now reports over 500,000 sessions conducted worldwide annually.

Here in America, the number of trained exorcists has exploded from roughly 20 in 2020 to approximately 150 today – a 650 percent increase – and demand is still outpacing supply.

Over 50 percent of Catholic dioceses that responded to a recent survey reported a surge in requests.

Every diocese is now required to have at least one trained exorcist on staff.

Martins told Hannity that not just any priest qualifies – "you can get yourself hurt really easily."

He didn't seek this role.

He was asked.

America Is Asking Questions the Mainstream Media Won't

The secular Left spent 50 years telling you religion was dying.

They said science had answered everything.

They said belief in the supernatural was the province of the uneducated.

Then one exorcist priest launched a podcast called The Exorcist Files, downloaded by millions, and the secular establishment had no answer for why Americans were devouring it.

Because nearly 60 percent of Americans still believe in Hell and the devil – even as church attendance dropped.

People know something is wrong.

They see the moral collapse, the spiritual emptiness, the explosion of addiction and suicide and cultural rot, and they sense it did not arrive by accident.

Scripture records Jesus casting out demons not as spectacle but as straightforward reality – and millions of Americans who still read that Book have never stopped believing it.

Father Martins was an atheist once.

He found God as an undergraduate and never looked back.

Now he travels the world carrying relics of the saints, casting out what the Church has always taught is real, and watching the demand for what he does grow faster than it has in living memory.

The elites will mock him.

They always mock what they cannot explain.

But the woman who hurled a grown man 15 feet was real.

The screw that floated across the room was real.

The 14-year-old girl with no reflection was real.

And the priest who needed two surgeries after that encounter – that was real too.
