Tesla CEO Elon Musk emerged as one of the major players in the 2024 Election.
Supporting Donald Trump put a bull’s eye on his back.
And a federal prosecutor revealed one big fight George Soros lost against Elon Musk.
Soros-backed district attorney targets Elon Musk
Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk typically supported Democrats before this election cycle.
The Left being taken over by the woke mind virus and their hostility to free speech caused him to flip sides.
Musk endorsed former President Donald Trump after he was shot at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.
His American PAC began supporting Trump, which put him in the crosshairs of the Democrats.
The PAC gave away $1 million to registered voters every day through Election Day to a random person who signed a petition to support the First and Second Amendments.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner – who was elected with financial backing from globalist billionaire George Soros – filed a civil lawsuit against Musk and America PAC accusing them of running an illegal lottery under Pennsylvania state law.
This was a clear attempt to bully Musk because of his support for Trump.

Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy explained that because Musk’s giveaway didn’t require anyone to vote, it would be hard to win a case against it during an appearance on Fox News.
“They’re calling it a voting initiative but it’s really not,” McCarthy said. “All he’s requiring is that people are registered to vote. So there’s no requirement to be in the contest that you vote. And, otherwise, it’s a promotion of constitutional liberties.”
Musk gave Democrats heartburn with the contest but it didn’t leave with a strong case against him.
“So I think Elon has the lawyers tied up in knots and the courts tied up in knots, but he really hasn’t done something that technically is a voting sort of contest,” McCarthy continued. “And, therefore, I think they don’t feel like they can put a glove on him right now.”
The Biden-Harris Justice Department warned America PAC that its giveaway could violate federal law by falsely claiming the prize was an inducement to get people to register to vote.
George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley called Krasner’s lawsuit a “transparently political” scheme “to pull Musk off the campaign and into a Philadelphia courtroom” during an appearance on Fox News.
“Musk’s argument and his company’s argument is look, it is not illegal to have a lottery to sign a petition in favor of the constitution, we only want registered voters to do that. If you are going to be competing in this lottery, you have to be participating in the political process,” Turley explained. “The other side is saying it’s illegal to pay people to register or to vote.”
The Tesla CEO enraged the Left when he purchased Twitter, now known as X, and restored free speech on the platform.
And his support for Trump in the election will have him in the crosshairs of the Left moving forward.
