Bill Clinton made one surprising confession about Fox News

Democrats despise Fox News.

When Rupert Murdoch put Fox News on the air in 1996 it broke the mainstream media stranglehold on control over the political narrative in America.

And now Bill Clinton made one surprising confession about Fox News.

Bill Clinton still fuming about the 2016 election

Hillary Clinton spent 24 years from 1992 to 2016 setting herself up to be the first female President.

Barack Obama interrupted her coronation in 2008 by defeating her for the Democrat Party nomination for President.

Thanks to George W. Bush’s disastrous war in Iraq and nearly one trillion dollar bank bailout, any Democrat would have cake-walked into the White House, which Obama proved by defeating John McCain in a landslide.

Barack Obama then named Clinton as his Secretary of State, a move that was supposed to position Clinton as his successor as it would show Clinton dealing with world leaders and acting as the face of America on the international stage.

But that decision ultimately proved to be Clinton’s undoing thanks to Hillary setting up an unsecured private email server at her home in New York where she allegedly mishandled classified information.

The FBI launched a criminal investigation in 2015 that haunted Hillary throughout the campaign.

When disgraced former FBI Director James Comey announced that the FBI re-opened the investigation in late October 2016, after discovering emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, many in Clinton’s orbit believed it cost her the election.

Even Bill Clinton thinks this scandal cost Hillary the election.

But Clinton doesn’t think this was because of how it reminded voters that where the Clinton’s go, corruption and scandal aren’t far behind.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, Clinton was still whining about the media coverage of the email scandal as determinative in the election.

“It’s easier for us to know what happened in 2016 in some ways than it is what happened in 2024, in terms of all that. Because in 2016, you had two highly unusual things,” Clinton began.

Clinton remarked that the media coverage of Hillary’s emails went beyond Fox News, which is not a complaint Democrats typically lodge.

“First of all, the mainstream media told the American people repeatedly that the biggest issue was Hillary’s emails. That’s what they said, not just Fox!” Clinton exclaimed.

Clinton then spread misinformation, claiming none of Hillary’s emails were marked classified, when in reality she received over 100 emails on the unsecured private server that contained classified information.

“When in fact, even the Trump State Department said she neither sent nor received a single solitary email on her personal advice, marked classified, one,” Clinton added.

Clinton then falsely claimed Hillary Clinton followed the rules as written, when in reality, Comey rewrote the statute in question to add an intent requirement that doesn’t exist in the law to explain why Hillary Clinton should walk away with no criminal charges.

“And two, she followed the rules as they then existed. The rules were changed after she left office. And yet the whole story was written as if she had done something hideous and then [former FBI director] James Comey made it worse,” Clinton concluded.

Comey offered up this cockamamie explanation for why Clinton shouldn’t face charges in July 2016 because, at that time, Comey still thought Clinton was going to win the election.

Even Comey knew that recommending criminal charges against the person who he thought was the likely next Commander-in-Chief would invite a Constitutional crisis and would cause Clinton to fire him when she took office.
