Don Lemon was one of the most obnoxious resistance liberals.
CNN fired him but now he is looking to make a comeback.
And Don Lemon has a lot of explaining to do after this video surfaced.
Don Lemon claims CNN isn’t liberal
Don Lemon spent four years in primetime denouncing President Trump as a racist, a sexist, a fascist, and a threat to democracy.
Lemon embodied the anti-Trump ethos that animated the network during disgraced ex-President Jeff Zucker’s run.
New management eventually moved Lemon to the morning show and then fired him over allegations he was rude to his female co-hosts.
But after CNN fired Zucker’s successor – the hapless Chris Licht – Lemon resurfaced on the network as a guest in an attempt to resuscitate his career.
As part of that attempted career revival, Lemon appeared on Dan Abrams’ NewsNation program.
Abrams asked Lemon about the perception among conservatives that CNN was a left-wing network.
Lemon absurdly claimed CNN didn’t lean Left but simply told the truth about Donald Trump and that conservatives just accused CNN of liberal bias out of hand.
“I don’t think that we were left-leaning. I think that we were pointing out the truth when I was there about Donald Trump and MAGA, and when the facts aren’t on your side, what do you do? You pound the table, or you criticize the people who are calling you out for stating facts,” Lemon stated.
“And so that’s what Donald Trump did. That’s what the MAGA folks did, and they painted CNN as liberal because we were pointing out facts. So I don’t think that we were particularly liberal. Are there some people there who are liberal, absolutely, some who are conservative, absolutely,” Lemon added.
CNN’s actual liberal bias
It is absolutely not true – as Don Lemon claimed – that Donald Trump is the modern day Adolph Hitler.
That’s a lie liberals tell to try and turn voters against Trump.
CNN’s Jake Tapper was the leading purveyor of this big lie as he routinely compared Donald Trump to a Nazi dictator that murdered six million Jews.

Lemon – like other liberals in the media – see themselves as common sense centrists even though on every single issue they lean Left.
Liberals in the media – like Don Lemon and Jake Tapper – can’t see their own liberal bias because they are cocooned in with other like-minded liberals so their views and outlook on the world just seem normal.
Don Lemon wasn’t lying when he claimed CNN wasn’t a liberal network.
Lemon just doesn’t know any better.
