J.D. Vance has hit his stride as the Republican Vice Presidential nominee.
He’s been a constant presence on the campaign and in the media for the Trump campaign.
And Donald Trump Jr. sent the establishment into a rage with this confession about J.D. Vance.
J.D. Vance silences his critics after becoming the Vice Presidential nominee
U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) faced an onslaught of attacks from the media, Democrats, and the Republican establishment after he became former President Donald Trump’s running mate.
The media ran hit pieces citing anonymous sources that the Trump campaign had second thoughts about picking him.
But Vance emerged in August as a powerhouse on the campaign trail.
He became the campaign’s spokesman in the media where he became a regular on the Sunday talk shows.
And Vance crisscrossed the country holding events and rallies in swing states.
Donald Trump, Jr. was one of the driving forces behind his father picking Vance as his running mate.
He told the Daily Caller he is thrilled with the job that the Ohio lawmaker has done compared to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
Vance has gone toe to toe with left-wing journalists while Walz has hidden from the media since he became Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate.
J.D. Vance is a unique political talent
“I’ve known him well and for a long time. I understand his talents,” Trump Jr. said. “And I think every Sunday when I watch the Sunday shows or frankly, any other media, I am continually reaffirmed that me going all in for J.D. was 100% the right move.”
Vance was able to go on the offensive against Kamala and Walz during his appearance on the Sunday talk shows and put the left-wing hosts on the defensive.
“But what’s also interesting is there’s plenty of people that were sort of, let’s just say, J.D. Vance, not necessarily fans or perhaps indifferent, who have since reached out to me knowing my push, knowing that they were probably pushing different directions who are straight up saying, ‘Don you are 100% right on that one. I got it wrong.’ And he’s absolutely kicking ass out on the campaign trail right now,” Trump Jr. explained.
Trump Jr. said that anyone his father would have picked as his running mate would have been attacked by the media.
“I think the media would have done the attacks on everyone and anyone that Trump ever picked,” Trump Jr. stated. “That’s their job, as sort of the lapdog propagandists of the Democrat machine. I think they went particularly hard on J.D. But those hits just don’t fall well, because his backstory, his life story, as articulate as he is, the way he prosecutes the case.”
Trump Jr. explained that he pushed for his dad to pick Vance as his running mate so the America First movement had a successor to keep it going.
“So I think he’s just shown a level of commitment to the movement that’s amazing. I think you combine that with his other talents, his youth,” Trump Jr. said. “And my dad will be a part of this thing for hopefully a very long time. But we don’t have much of a bench on the conservative side, certainly not on the America First side that can actually play the game the way it needs to be played against the Democrats, who have just been steamrolling us for years. I think he’s one of those rare talents, on our side.”
J.D. Vance has become one of the rising stars in the conservative movement and the heir to Donald Trump’s political movement.
